How It Works

1. Complete The Form Below
Select the perfect canvas size for your pet portrait and provide some information about the unique personality and essence of your furry companion.
I work from photographs to create my portraits, so providing a few high-resolution images is essential. The better the quality, the more detail and personality I can capture. Photos should be well-lit, clear, and showcase your pet’s unique expressions and markings.
A 50% deposit will be required to begin your commission. An invoice will be sent to you, and payment must be made before I start work on the portrait.

2. Artistic Creation
I will carefully hand-paint your pet with dedication and skill. I work exclusively with oil paints, believing they are the finest medium for creating rich, vibrant colors, delicate textures, and a depth that truly brings each subject to life.
To keep the focus on your pet, I typically use a simplified, abstract-style background, which most clients prefer as it enhances the subject without distraction. However, if you have a specific background style in mind, please mention it when completing the commission form below.
Instead of signing the front of the painting, I stamp the back with my custom artist’s stamp, as I believe a signature on the front can detract from the subject’s beauty and presence.

3. Delivery & Enjoyment
Once completed and final payment received, your portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped to your home.

I offer free shipping within North America, while international shipping is available at an additional cost, based on your preferred speed and service.

Payment & Process
To secure your pet portrait commission, a 50% deposit is required upfront. This ensures your place in my schedule and allows me to begin work on your painting. Throughout the process, I will provide regular progress updates and photos, giving you the opportunity to see your portrait take shape. Because a pet portrait is often a deeply meaningful commission, your input is important—I encourage interaction during this stage to ensure the piece is developing in a way that truly captures your pet’s essence.
Once you have given final approval, the remaining 50% balance will be due. After the final payment is received, your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, ready to be cherished for years to come.
